Verification of annual reports on emissions of green house gases in the emission trade scheme according to European Directive 2003/87/ЕС and European Commission Decision 2004/156/ЕС (guides on monitoring and report of green house emissions according the Directive of the EU).

- Fuel installations with nominal heat power exceeding 20 MW (excluding installation for solid or dangerous waste)
- Petrol refineries
- Coke furnace
- Frying or agglomeration of metal ore installations (including sulfide ores)
- Steel and cast iron installations (primary or secondary melting), including continuous casting with capacity exceeding 2.5 tons per hour.
- Cement clinker installations in rotation furnaces with capacity over 500 tons per day or limestone in rotation furnaces with capacity exceeding 50 tons per day or other furnaces with production capacity over 50 tons per day.
